Aircraft CarriersAircraft carriers played a very important role in WWII and they greatly impact the transportation of vehicles and troops today. They were created by the Japanese in the years leading up to the war. They were very useful in the type of combat that was fought because it allowed planes to be deployed near the battles and not have to worry about running out of gas.

The JeepThe Willy’s MB or “The Jeep” was an iconic vehicle during WWII and it is now. It is known as the original SUV. The allies used it as their primary all-terrain vehicle during the war. It allowed to navigate through diffult terrain like thick mud or tall grass. After it’s time being used by the military, they became a very popular car. They changed the rules of cars and inspired the creation of many new vehicles.
